An early 20th C. bowls club in the Summerhill conservation area of Newcastle upon Tyne, run by the "Friends of Summerhill", who obtained funding for it's restoration. The main hall is now an airy function space, with exposed rafters and restored timber floor. The washrooms, external envelope, insulation and heating have also been repaired and upgraded.
