All-weather football and multi-use games pitches at the site of the proposed Whinney Banks Community Centre. The pitches were funded with the help of the Barclays Premiership Community Sports scheme with Middlesbrough FC. The car park and pathways around the pitches utilise a permeable paving system to minimise rainwater run-off.
