We worked closely with the local planning authority to convert the listed 19th C. Railway Club into modern apartments. Many orginial features were retained and new windows and roof lights carefully added. Achieving good accoustic protection was a challenge as the high level railway line runs close by and the Club's bar and function room is at ground level.
