An 1887 Grade II Listed medical college, dental hospital, then Northumbria University teaching block. The interiors are now restored to their original forms, sensitively introducing heating, electrical and data services. The building now provides finance, student and secretarial services, banquetting for 200, conference facilites and the Vice-Chancellor's suite.
